Support youth in an alternative educational environment by promoting academic progress, emotional regulation, and behavioral development to foster resiliency in order to prepare students for successful reintegration into their home school districts and future life after graduation.

- Monitor and document students’ behavioral and academic progress throughout the school day

Provide supervision and behavioral support in a residential re-entry facility serving individuals transitioning from incarceration. Assist with maintaining a structured, safe environment while supporting rehabilitation and accountability.
- Conduct hourly facility checks to ensure all residents are accounted for and in compliance with program requirements
- Monitor and maintain food storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers, to ensure food safety and temperature requirements
- Administer and document medications, including over-the-counter, prescription, and controlled substances in a secure documentation platform
- Maintain accurate records of resident departures and returns using the facility’s security management platform
- Ensure residents receive scheduled meals and basic daily necessities such as hygiene products, medications and necessary departures
- Prepare and distribute compliance tasks such as urinalysis and breathalyzer screenings
- Conduct urinalysis and breathalyzer testing in accordance with facility procedures
- Perform intake searches and breathalyzer screenings of residents returning to the facility to ensure compliance with safety policies
- Document and file incident reports when necessary
- Reinforce positive behavior by providing incentive documentation

- Completed training to support client care in a community based residential facility (CBRF) specializing in mental health and substance use recovery.

- Trained in client intake procedures, including screening for mental health risks, substance use disorders, and other behavioral health concerns

- Completed mandatory CBRF certification training in medication administration, fire safety, choking response, and first aid procedures

- Prepared to support client safety and environmental maintenance in a residential treatment setting

- Position concluded due to loss of federal program funding prior to full operational launch
