I only falter if you give me push back, a reason to run. I am a Leader to deliver results; as in getting the job done before dead lines to coordinating with people ahead of a low level crisis at the job. If there is anything to be aware of I will be 100% on top of it. I'd rather to be ten steps ahead of anything then assuming the next meeting is going to be a doozy or butt chew. Negative remarks on any day or night will make the workplace environment 100% more difficult an yes it will reflect once a person goes home. I had my fair share of keeping my mouth shut when things could have gone better. For everything.

• I picked twice 5,002 to 5,103 units within a year during Pandemic Covid time.
• Handled under pressure moments such as handling one side of a building of employees, trained not only; new hires, new area managers, new learning trainers, regular associates.
• Had to make a few coworkers upset mainly because they didn't like how various I can be when pointing out issues ahead before they can see them.
• Had to make tough calls when others couldn't make them.
• Always gave my opinions when they mattered.

• 04/16, Tilly's – Employee of the Month, Name drops in multiple above and beyond in sales, Performance Award: YTD 2015 Top SPH(Sales Per Hour).
• 10/17 & 04/18, Kohls - Employee of the month then shortly given mantle of Supervisor role called Shoe Dept Lead.
• 60 days prior to 2021, Hobby Lobby Dis. Center - Exceeded expectations from performances and accuracy in pulling specific orders from certain stores that needed merchandise.
• Late March to late May 2020, Amazon Pick - Picking a total of 5,002 units to 5,103. At the end of 2020 I became ambassador but mostly stayed throughout the entire post Covid pandemic to current and aftermath. Got High accommodations for being top employee near to being supervisor level.
