I only falter if you give me push back, a reason to run. I am a Leader to deliver results; as in getting the job done before dead lines to coordinating with people ahead of a low level crisis at the job. If there is anything to be aware of I will be 100% on top of it. I'd rather to be ten steps ahead of anything then assuming the next meeting is going to be a doozy or butt chew. Negative remarks on any day or night will make the workplace environment 100% more difficult an yes it will reflect once a person goes home. I had my fair share of keeping my mouth shut when things could have gone better. For everything.

Ultimately I've gain a lot more experience by witnessing other individuals on what to do on the job from the years, to the ones wearing vests; especially the ones being PAs, AMs and different OMs.
Amazon has been a better work place environment than any other place I have worked at, the coordination in team work given to get production done to the equality in understanding. When problems escalate.
I have picked 5,002 to 5,103 units of item in this 2020 year and I have to say the recognition from it is rewarding I just hope there is a spot for more growth in going higher for Amazon to offer for me; that being said there were numerous times that Leadership is my forte mainly from the support to those who numerously supported grow in what I can do.
I know how to be a supervisor from my previous jobs, and I know how to be direct to coordinate with others to get stuff done, there are multiple times that I had to speak up and form ideas that made ends meet whether if those individuals were going to do them now rather than when there is a deadline.
In early 2021 I became what was known as an ambassador in which I got to train new hires, run audits and such( meaning training new managers what the ropes would be if they needed to hop into the work environment)
Was able to be a process guide in which is sorta similar to ambassador, numerous opportunities to run floors and gain awareness when there were issues; either before shift or during the end of a heavy day.
Just more assigning people around to moving them from certain key areas to shape up spaces for quality and productivity.
Had to take a immediate leave of absence away from working before coming back. There were only two personal issues that had to be taken care of. One a break up and the other to insure that my relative was taken care of. You will see that my variations of leaving and coming back to work.

Order Puller's task was to pull multiple store's merchandise accurately, at a fast pace to be done with a few stores at least two hours, constant mobility and willingness to push your limits to get things done
Now being a order puller took stamina, energy and overall mobility as such sacrifices
As in limiting one self's personal time, which I understood until to the extent of my body's muscle soreness which lead to me quitting
