2022 I Was awarded the Gold Safety Award which was the top award in our company for safety. One year no reports of any injuries whatsoever with any of my crews on any of my sites mostly because I micromanaged it. and i settled it in house.
Additional Information
I am the youngest of 8 boys, born into the Heavy Civil industry, and my passion for it is still very prevalent and seen in my attitude and personality. I enjoy waking up early getting to the project before everyone else so a can meditate and absorb all I can from the previous days ups and downs. And get a feel and head start on the day ahead. I enjoy family, church and hunting and fishing. volunteering is another activity i enjoy greatly, giving back to the community and my church is what i believe make my life so enriched.
Life is to short to worry about everything or live in fear of the unknown. I chose to live my life like everyday is my last.
