  • I was lucky to start my career with EAI as a Rolloff driver. This was a startup company at the time of hire and I was the 3rd driver hired. During my tenure and many different promotions I was fortunate to be involved and had numerous years of training in all departments such as HR, Safety, Sales, Maintenance and Operation. As the company grew to over 175 employees my team and i implemented many different programs to ensure the daily focus was always on Employee Safety and Customer Service, such programs was New Hire Referral, Safety rewards, New Hire Training and Goals, Drivecam Rewards, Attendance Rewards, Facility Rewards, Ongoing Management Training to name a few.
