The course I have taken was about how to be a mentor, a leader and even a trainer for classes. On facilitating the classes. It is a great opportunity to teach and lead with the new hires. It is a lot of information but I can say TRUST THE PROCESS!!! During the courses of training classes of Emotional Intelligence in the classroom, Classroom Participation, Feed back and Value, Classroom Management, Principles of Effective training, Poet Professionalism and Virtual Delivery. Each class a huge part in learning the way people function and participate on the learn sources and a lot of reading. I like the program because I do apply it to my everyday work and life.
