Caring for my four siblings, including two with Autism Spectrum Disorder and my cousins, taught me valuable skills like patience, empathy, and understanding diverse needs.

Activities I engaged in included:

• Bathing, dressing, and helping with teeth brushing as part of bedtime preparation
• Teaching children to organize toys, wash hands, and share by leading by example
• Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry to support the family with additional chores
• Providing emotional support and stability to children when upset
• Guiding school homework and reading bedtime stories to support their development

• Managed inventory of supplies such as organic henna paste, applicators, stencils, oils, and aftercare products.

• Enhanced customer satisfaction by providing personalized henna designs according to clients'' preferences and cultural traditions.

I dedicated myself to 12-hour daily shifts for ten months at my aunt's wholesale store in Kenya. My responsibilities included inventory management, purchase tracking, cleanliness maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

I volunteered at Luv Michael, a non-profit organization that supports individuals with autism by providing them with employment opportunities in granola production. I successfully raised $150 for Luv Michael through a fundraising campaign, leveraging social media to spread awareness and reach out to adults in my network. Seeing the community support for such a meaningful cause was incredibly rewarding.
