My leadership skills have been honed through a multifaceted career in private education, where I have served as both an educator and a coach. In my roles, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to inspire and guide students towards academic and personal excellence. As a head football coach in private schools in Florida and Ohio, I fostered a culture of discipline, teamwork, and resilience, instilling values that extend beyond the playing field. This experience equipped me with the capacity to lead diverse groups of students, encouraging them to embrace challenges, work collaboratively, and embody the principles of sportsmanship. My commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment is further evidenced by my work as a high school football coach, where I prioritized not only athletic skill development but also the holistic growth of each student under my guidance.
