Cross trained to assist our members in walk-in offices, cashier area, and phone queue. I assist customers by addressing and resolving complex inquiries in both English and Spanish languages. I am capable of completing reports, closing orders, assigning orders via Scheduler, communicating with field service representatives via radio. This includes but not limited to issuing orders mentioned below, as well as backdating orders as needed, along with FSR Miscellaneous orders. I am able to open and close a cash register, as well as prepare a deposit. I can process meter base sales and other miscellaneous payments or purchases. I have created multiple binders that include cheat sheets for our office to use for specific reports/ duties. I am able to train new personnel regarding company operations, policies and services in any role mentioned above. I also assist our guests with the technology in our community room.

This includes but is not limited to move-ins, move outs, transfers, disconnections, payment arrangements, high bill complaints or usage concerns. Managed high call volume during system conversion while remaining focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
