  • I maintain SAP receipts, adjust incorrect receipt quantities, and drive improvement in the UCTAD department. I keep a year of onsite paperwork, filed and audited for accuracy, as well as 4 years of offsite paperwork for historical needs.
  • I am responsible for Parent Roll inventory reports going to leadership on both the MAU side and the KC side. This includes point to point tracking of GMP rolls from creation to conversion to finished products. I keep incremented reports on Parent Roll accuracy, and movement, as well as health for KC.
  • I have led projects totaling $250,000, to improve existing electronic inventory equipment. Notably Honeywell VM1A Lift Truck Mounted devices and handheld CK65 devices. I also pioneered ProGlove devices on site and they were adopted permanently for the Raw Materials Teams.
  • Identified team weak points and implemented corrective actions to resolve concerns. I am well acquainted with the 4SPS system for problem solving and root cause analysis, and have completed LEAN Green Belt training.
  • Train associates in SAP PA4 and EWM transactions to perform assigned duties. I regularly check and track receiving, outbound, and normal inventory transactions to keep a 98 percent inventory accuracy in my area.
  • Other responsibilities include, keeping track of onsite paperwork, driving improvement for all current processes, facilitating 4SPS, and filling in gaps wherever I may be needed.
