As for reel-room duties: I set up reel units per publication needs of roll size adjustments and circulation amount. Make on the go adjustments to benefit the quality of the product. As ink-setter duties: I read multiple publication specifications and place plates to requirements. Adjust plates for quality registration, and monitor ink density per page needs. Trouble shoot occurring issues and assist in removal or repair of machine parts.
