• Key contributor to $100M+ in contract wins (NASIC IT, DIA IT Mission Support, IC Enterprise Audit).
• Directed enterprise migration consulting and secure IT service delivery.
• Planned and integrated project and program schedules.

• Managed $26M/year, 300-person program providing Tier 1–3 global IT support to 50,000+ State Dept. staff worldwide.
• Directed a 19,000-desktop migration from XP to Windows 7; planned similar migration for classified networks.
• Reorganized PMO and implemented continuous process improvements to enhance IT customer experience.
