  • Complete transition over 18 mos from perpetual license model to ARR model.
  • The President of the Americas region carries responsibility for managing sales, marketing, PR, HR, legal, finance, account management, and HR.
  • Shared responsibility with HQ for Product, Development, and Global Partnerships.
  • Sales Channels included Velocity IS, SMB direct, Mid-Market (launched in 2019), Enterprise (launched in 2020), Reseller/Distributor (launched in 2018), Partnership, and White label (launched in 2020),.
  • Marketing includes localized pricing, education, and branding for 28 Americas markets for each sales channel.
