Summary
Now experienced in the food industry, I plan to take my base knowledge of customer etiquette and high-speed thinking and planning into other work fields. Whatever my next job will be I plan to eventually make it into a career, even if I'm not well acclimated to the job at first I will put in the time to learn it well. I've only worked one job so far in my life but I made sure to make myself noticed, in my first month at OTB I earned employee of the month because I was dead set on getting my future going. With my job at OTB I learned many different things aside from just the food industry, being able to effectively communicate and assist with multiple people (servers/customers) while also paying attention to my own current duties is something I feel is important.

- These were my main two priorities at the job but over the course of my time here I've learned just about every job there is and have helped at times with those other jobs including Cooking, Dish Washing, Serving, Prep, etc.
- Cultivated warm relationships with regular customers.
- Garnished dishes and quickly delivered items to customers, minimizing wait times.
- Maintained speed of service for food orders while minimizing errors and complaints.
- Cleared tables immediately after guests left in preparation for next party.
- Assisted servers with table settings and beverage refills to support high-volume shifts.
- Transported dirty utensils, dishes and trays to kitchen to help team stay on top of cleaning.
- Answered questions from restaurant patrons regarding menu items.
