Successfully managed and passed all inspections on the project with the City of Denver and third party inspection agency PSI including the following scopes: geopiers, rebar, concrete, prefab metal wall panel framing, firestopping, MEP, insulation, drywall, unit finals
Successfully managed all 3rd party ADA, FHA, design, etc consultants deficiency reports with immediate closeout of all deficient observations
Collaborated with the superintendent on schedule updates weekly while consistently holding trade partners accountable for start and finish dates
Managed and collaborated on the RFI process from drafting to closeout with design team
Managed and recorded minutes for weekly trade partner schedule coordination meetings to hold each accountable for the previous week and set goals/commitments for the following week
Collaborated with the project engineer on tracking and processing pay applications from trade partners
Managed all City of Denver Right of Way permits and compliance while maintaining a good standing with the ROW team throughout the project
Managed all stormwater compliance on the jobsite through third party inspection agency SRM as well as the City of Denver without any infractions
Gained valuable field experience in all phases of construction to promote efficient and accurate submittal review skills
Managed and executed closeout of permits and deferred submittals through the City of Denver for TCO
Field verified grade during earthwork, concrete, framing, and MEP rough in via proficient use of a builders level
Collaborated in successful completion of smoke control testing with third party and City of Denver
