  • from the time i walked in until 6pm i was in charge of the customer service desk which included refunds, returns, check free utility bills, westerns union sending and receiving, money orders, and lottery.

  • after reports i was in charge of pick ups on registers once collected you put them through the virbalance then into the safe.
  • i was in charge of pick ups on all the cash self checkouts along with replacing the money/coins they needed once they were done they go into the safe.
  • counting the safe was another responsibility the safe always had to be the exact amount which ranged from 50-60 thousand dollars.
  • once done with everything you make sure everything looks nice registers are wiped breaks are done new schedule sheet is put out in the morning all of the fridges were fronted to look nice then i would wait till closing make the final announcements close the store and that was it.
