AMid Delil

As I obtained my work permit recently I am now training as a trainee manager on Lena Daud Enterprise. My responsibilities on the enterprise include

- Managing the daily operation of the store by monitoring daily cash, inventory and customer services.

- Tracked employee attendance and punctuality, addressing repeat problems quickly to prevent long-term habits

- Maintained cleanliness and organization of workspace, working closely with employees to systemize tasks.

- Implement new strategies that cultivate and strength the quality of service and customer satisfaction

I teach project management and sociology during my stay at Debre Markos University. As a lecturer in the university I collaborated with faculty and community stakeholders in teaching, doing research and providing community services.

I worked on a humanitarian research project which is conducted on youth living under poverty in Nepal and Ethiopia. I was coordinating the project by fostering relationship between teams which are based in Ethiopia, Nepal and UK. My main responsibilities includes collection of data by moving across different communities, the management of the data base of the research and doing analysis based on the data collected. I have publications which are published on international journals.
