- Analyze water and sample containers for TOC using USEPA Analyze samples using gel-clot and kinetic chromogenic methods
- Analyze organic solvents samples by GC/FID
- Analyze organic samples by FITR
- Perform basic microbiological assays( membrane filtration and reading settle & contact plates)
- Able to maintain TOC analyzer(changing out Oxidizer & Acid cartridges, UV lamp, resin bed & hoses as needed)
- Able to set up lab sheets in the LIMS system
- Do all the filing
- Make sure all the air particle count & magnahelic papers from production are correct. Put them in the computer if they are , if not, give them back to production to correct
- Do most of the receiving of packages to the lab, make copies of the packing slip and give them to the correct people
- Do the startup checks in the lab(refrigerators and balance scale)
- Know how to look up work orders by the stock code in LSDOCS & by the lot number in the lot tracking to make sure the labels have the correct information
- Send 40ml clear for volatiles outsource with the correct information and forms needed. Logging the 40ml in the lot tracking folder and the outsource folder on the G Drive
