Working with a multidisiplinary team to help provide treatment to ER/Acute care patients with various traumatic injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Duties included are strong communication with providers and team members about patients needs, administering IV's, medications, blood draws, wound care to aid in patients survival and recovery.

Working with a mutidisciplinary team to provide high quality bedside care to the LTAC patient. Duties include ventilator management, wound care, tube feedings, pain control and medcation management and education to patient and their families.

Provide high quality bedside care to the long term care patient. Duties include monitor, record and report new symtoms or changes in residents condition. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic test to identify and assess/treat patients condition. Modify residents care/treatment plans as indicated by response and patient condition. Monitor all aspects of patient care including but not limited to diet and physical activity. Direct and supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare team personell with a teamplaying approach.

Provide high quality nursing care to the terminally ill patient. Advocate for clients/patients to resolve crises. Collaborate with mutidisciplinary team memeber to evaluated patients medical/physical condition and needs of the patient/family. Monitor , evaluate and record client progress according to measurable goal described in treatment and care plan. Pain and symptom management to ensure a dignified death.

Provide high quality, fun patient care to the home boubd pediatric patient. Duties include assessing new pediatric patients. REvise and update all patient care plans as needed. Make clinical decisions for routine patient, accurately document and submit patient records. Provide emotional support to patients and family members. Supervise and provide annual evaluations for CNA's and LPN's.

Provide high quality bedside nursing care to a diverse population, serving various Health One facilities in the Denver metro areaon an as needed basis. Provided care on a variety of units including orthopedic, neuro-trauma, progressive care and telemtry.
