-Works along the accounting team on the review of Financial Statements for the different Procurement and Administrative Funds (Revolving Fund for Access to Vaccines, Revolving Fund for Strategic Public Health Supplies and the admin funds used to cover the expenses, ie: PAHO's service charge).

-Contributes to the assurance of data correctness in Workday, main ERP used by the organization. Compares Budget data (Pre-Obligation, Obligation, Actual) vs. Accounting Data (Trial Balance) and helps with the investigation of discrepancies. 

-Contributes to aging reporting, impairments and Write-Off.

-Documents the related business process (Supplier and Customer Invoices generation, payments generation, prepayments and their corresponding accounting booking: ie, deferred revenue)

-Performs a field by field analysis of the different reports, identifying the different data sources and calculation methods. Documents each field along with its description and purpose.

Volunteering Experience

Gas production through the use of biodigestors for Nono - Ecuador Quito, Ecuador May 2008 - May 2009

Proposed, initiated, planned and monitored the project “Gas production through the use of biodigestors for Nono - Ecuador”. This project was sponsored by the Young Connection Leadership and Innovation Fund (YCLIF) program which was launched by IDB Young Connection. This project was executed while working as technology consultant.
At the end of the project, its evaluation proved it as successful given it produced bio-fertilizer, avoiding the pollution caused by chemical fertilizers.
