- NAV Pack: Preparation of NAV Pack (Workbook/workpapers) for Main Funds including the General partner as well, SPVs. Working on complex structure having different SPVs & Co-invest funds. - Capital Call: Preparation of Allocation file based on Investments and allocation. Booking of Capital call Contribution based on allocation file.
- Developed FX exposures calculation framework that reduced financial risk by quantifying currency risk efficiently during quarterly valuations.
- Streamlined the valuation process for illiquid securities, significantly reducing the potential for valuation errors and maintaining investors' confidence.
- Equity Pickup: Booking of Equity pickup to transfer P&L of SPVs and Co-Invest funds to the main funds. Structural bookings of all P&L items finalise the NAV for main funds.
- Accruals: Review as well as calculate & book fee accruals i.e. Management fee, Admin fee, Incentive fee & calculation of IRR.
- Handling of complex projects requested by client such as Historical cleanups, investor wise cleanup, and preparations of Logs.
- Review of daily cash activity, accruals and reconciliation of holding report with the client. Implemented new strategies for monitoring cash positions, leading to enhanced quality control in biweekly deliverables in the team.
- Valuations: Calculating Unrealized Gain/Loss for all Deals and book the same in the system. Cross check the same with current Market Value based on current price..
