I am eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and organizational skills. I have a clear understanding of being genuine and caring . I am motivated to learn, grow and excel. I have been a high school teacher for over 16 years of experiences in leading and teaching in high school. Always, recognizing for a performance of excellence and contributions for my students success. Some of my strengths are being patient and understanding. It has been developed over the years of experience with teenagers and their situations. Being a teacher for me has been helping my students to get to their maximum potential in life. It has been helping them to believe in themselves again. Letting them know that mistakes are part of life and we use it as an experience to become better. More than teaching English, my greatest accomplishments are being a listener, counselor for my students. My Bachelors Degree in Secondary English Education and Elementary Education has helped me be the Teacher that I am today.
