Summary

Professional Success Coach. What does that mean? I help provide a dedicated training path, resources, and a start-to-finish certification of IT roles. A secondary part of my Success Coach role... I am a "hype man".

I am YOUR hype man. I want to support you, encourage you, and help you become the best version of yourself. How do I do that? By delivering and providing both Professional Delivery Skills and a year-long real-world use of these skills.

We deliver in-demand end-to-end tech apprenticeships. The goal is to provide IT industries with well-rounded “above the curve” technicians. We focus on training, educating, and coaching our apprentices with not only the most current IT standards, but also the skills, knowledge, and behaviors to support practical and professional development across the range of apprenticeship standards that have been approved at both State and Federal level

The Success Coaching skills involve complex communication techniques to actively listen, provide feedback and engage apprentices in planning their individualized learning program. These skills are also integral to assessing and confirming the apprentices’ competence in- relation to work-related/industry standards and life skills.
