Developed and implemented new strategies and policies in collaboration with the GMRWC Board to establish and achieve long-term club objectives, providing the club with strong and sustainable organizational leadership.

Worked to maintain the Republican Women's Clubs through Virginia informed on events and volunteer opportunities for Women4Glenn.

Lead the Parent & Family Council (PFC) to increasing parent engagement, promoting William & Mary, and strengthening the Tribe family. Surpass our goal participation and fundraising for the W&M Parent Fund.

Successfully raised $350,000; exceeding our goal by $60,000. Implemented the first online auction at Georgetown Prep School using Maestro Software. Managed 15 committees with 50+ volunteers.

Connected the boarding and day student communities at Georgetown Prep by implementing various activities and events. Planned and executed volunteer opportunities to help resident students. Vitalized a culture of giving among the residential community.

Served as Vice Chair of the Board. Developed new Annual Fund giving template and guidelines which led to a 60% increase in Annual Fund donations. Successfully chaired a $12 million Capital Campaign for the construction of a new Arts Center and Endowment Fund. Developed, organized and led the Advancement Committee.
