  • Cross Flo program is a series of training phases varying from classes like equipment operation and well stimulation to in field training with hands on operation. These training phases range from well construction theory, data acquisition, job planning and reporting, supervisor training, overall business introduction, operation projects, safety audits, and more developmental projects to prepare to take on a key leadership role.
