It is with great pride that I graduated from the College of the Ozarks debt free with a major in Business Administration and minor in Psychology. I have dedicated myself to the beliefs of the institution that allowed me to do so. I was an exceptional scholar, worker, and upstanding citizen during my time at C of O. My time at this institution while on the baseball team taught me to manage my life while serving others.

  • Promoted to a managerial role of Team Coordinator in May of 2024.
  • Coordinated daily activities and tasks of 7 team members while maintaining a full book of 27 clients of my own.
  • Lead department trainings and meetings via presentations, assisted teammates with career growth goals and coaching opportunities.
  • Assist teammates with issues involving their clients and managing escalated situations such as funding decisions, risk review, service issues, and providing additional financial services.

  • As an account representative, my role was to manage risk for our trucking clients and RTS Financial in a factoring role.
  • I collaborated and contributed to serve a culturally diverse group of clients from all over the country.
  • Navigated difficult situations to ensure that carriers received capital in order to keep their business growing, while at the same time reviewing risk scores through metrics tracked through Power BI so our company avoided loss situations.
  • Provided and pitched additional financial services to my 27 clients such as software additions, fuel credit cards, and short-term advances.
  • Built and managed relationships with clients to be sure they were happy with services provided and to potentially locate pain points where additional services could be recommended.

  • I especially enjoyed assisting in hosting athletic events at the Memorial Fieldhouse & Keeter Gymnasium.
  • During these events I served at the scorer’s table, executed video/media boards and maintained crowd relations.
