Work History

Currency Converter | Incorporating API and GUI

  • In Python I used an API to keep track of every exchange rate in the world, I then narrowed it down between 10 different currencies to create a currency converter that works with real-time rates.
  • Implemented lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste generation while maintaining high levels of productivity.

Bank Account Application | Account creation and GUI

  • In Python I created a GUI that asks the user for their credentials, with this info the app then searches through a CSV file to see whether that person is in the system or not
  • It will then prompt the user to create an account, or if within the system they can deposit and withdraw from their account.
  • Maximized development efficiency using version control systems like Git to manage source code effectively.

  • Here I managed to construct a web application run through Flask that would consistently be run on a web server to a domain purchased on AWS.

  • Optimized load times and website performance by compressing images and optimizing CSS/HTML code.
  • Delivered mobile-responsive websites by incorporating responsive design principles and CSS frameworks.

Platform Game | C# Project on Godot Game Engine

  • For this project I wrote complex solutions within C# scripts that utilized the .NET Core capabilities within visual studio.
  • This code was then migrated into the game engine Godot where it was compiled, and processed in order to react accordingly to user input.
