Contributed to research projects in the cadaver lab by setting up medical equipment, assisting with procedures, and taking measurements, images, and scans. I learned important skills about working with diverse teams through work with medical illustrators, lab managers, international surgical residents, Neurosurgeons and more. I developed the communication skills necessary to be an active participant in our work despite being in an intern role.
