I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technology at the University of Hartford and I'm seeking an opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization where I can apply and grow my engineering skills. I am passionate about hands-on work, innovative problem-solving, and bringing together both mechanical and electrical knowledge in real-world applications.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed a wide range of skills relevant to engineering roles. I have experience with PSpice circuit simulation, AutoCAD drafting, soldering, and basic microcontroller programming (Arduino). I also bring hands-on fabrication experience, having practiced welding and conducted mechanical repairs on automotive components as personal projects. These skills have been complemented by strong communication and time-management abilities gained through my work with Amazon DSP and in various customer service and retail roles, where I consistently met performance goals and was even recognized by customers and coworkers.
I’m also a proud member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, reflecting my commitment to academic excellence. My diverse background has not only helped me become a well-rounded problem-solver, but it has also shaped me into a collaborative and reliable individual who enjoys learning, building, and improving systems both in and out of the classroom.
I’m excited about the opportunity to bring my technical and interpersonal skills to your team. Thank you for considering my application—I would welcome the chance to speak with you further about how I can contribute to your engineering projects.
