Dynamic leader with a proven track record at West Coast Drinkery, enhancing guest satisfaction and fostering a positive work environment. Various large-group management and scheduling capabilities from the hundreds of hours dedicated to my volunteer work. Eager to continue to grow and develop my skills as I look to immerse myself in the research and medicine based environments.
Working as a co-manager at a small, family-owned restaurant, I held a large swath of responsibilities. Cooking, cleaning, managing my fellow co-workers, and heading smaller projected were all roles I played during my 2 years at West Coast Drinkery and Pizzeria.
I improved guest satisfaction by personally responding to guest recommendations and familiarizing myself with the regular guests.
Gave valuable input when designing new products for the company.
Created a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and open communication among the staff.
Boosted efficiency by doing personal research on food preparation methods which I then passed down to other members of staff.
Each summer, I would spend an upwards of 100+ hours volunteering mornings to afternoons working with children 6-12 with disabilities.
