- Created a detailed plan and developed 3 new standard operating procedures for the evacuation of US casualties on the front line of the battlefield. One includes a new attachment for a non-evacuation truck to be capable of holding a field stretcher.
- Demonstrated superior team leadership in large-scale combat operation exercises in Fort Polk, Louisiana. The team I managed held the fastest combat evacuations of over 100 different teams in our Brigade.
