Summary

___Hi there! Thanks for visiting my profile. I am a business student who will be graduating with a bachelor's degree this May, 2024. As I am just starting my career, my experience is not extensive, but it is diverse. If I applied to your job opening, I am not only confident I can do the job, but also that I will exceed expectations. I am proficient in a variety of business related skills, and my greatest strength is in writing and communication. If I feel I am making a difference, I greatly enjoy devoting myself to an employer.

___Currently, I work as a Freight loader for Sierra Pacific Industries. I chose this job to make ends meet while I am still in college, as the schedule is convenient. However, I also currently manage finances part-time for a small business that grosses over $350,000 on an average year. I am grateful for this position as it has allowed me to grow professionally.

___As a former leader of six years in the military, I developed leadership experience while overseeing a squad of soldiers. Though being a leader in the military is much different than a professional business environment, I would argue that it is much more intense and requires an incredibly high attention to detail as well as constant clear and concise communication. Additionally, through leading I learned that a gentle, hands-off leadership approach tends to yield the best results. I have a lot of life experience for 24, largely due to my military service. I have seen things I would like to un-see, but I have also saved lives. I am humbled that I have been given the opportunity to do so.
