- Progression led into plan reading and calculating concrete quantities needed, also maintained the safety of work areas, reviewed documents to make sure the concrete is to height, relayed new updates on the project and plans to the builder and homeowner
- I was in charge of material orders and material pickup to ensure the product we ordered was correct and wouldn’t cause any time delays
- During my progression I also led team meetings to relay the job and goal for the day, building a bond with the crew I was working with.
