Hi, I’m Caden! I’m a hands-on technician with experience in both precision manufacturing and mechanical service work. I currently work as a CNC Technician at GE Aerospace, where I operate and monitor multi-axis machinery, maintain tight tolerances, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot mechanical or process-related issues on the production floor. This role has strengthened my ability to follow detailed manufacturing procedures, interpret technical drawings, and communicate effectively with setup, engineering, and quality teams to keep production running smoothly.
Previously, I spent nearly three years as a locksmith apprentice, eventually managing a storefront locksmith business. I gained extensive experience in mechanical problem-solving, customer service, coordinating service work, and mastering a wide range of tools and equipment. I also earned a two-year associate’s degree from Muskegon Community College while working.
Across both roles, I’ve developed strong attention to detail, a mindset for continuous improvement, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments. I’m excited to bring my technical skill set, work ethic, and positive attitude to new challenges and opportunities.
