Presenter at MRU Student Leadership Conference In March of 2022

  • I was selected to present at the annual MRU Student Leadership Conference. The conference consisted of many presentations, group activities and different learning opportunities. I proposed my presentation on “Unbiased Leadership: how to Lead in a Divided World” and was selected to present and I gave a 20 minute presentation.

Calgary Stampede Showband Member

  • In the summer of 2023, I was given the opportunity to join the Calgary stampede Showband and perform with them in the stampede and their upcoming tour to world championships in West Virginia. As I joined late, I needed to learn how to intersect with the group appropriately in a short amount of time and adapt to the new activity. Being in the band taught me a sense of loyalty, responsibility, self advocacy, and dedication even in the hardest of times.
