While working for Boston, I took pride in doing a good, quality job while also maintaining a positive output. I was known to be a leader in the 3 separate lines I worked for. Regularly catching any potential problem and assessing the situation and getting the right people involved. I was known to be an easy going employee and someone people could rely on. I was trusted by my co-workers and management team for being reliable, steady, possessing good communication skills and being a hard worker. My attendance was superb, rarely missing a day and when I did, the appropriate steps were taken to let my team know ahead of time.
I built various medical parts at different stages. I inspected each piece before finalizing and packaging. I also logged everything into a computer program to track the appropriate data. I was also a trainer for 2 years, having trained in several people to the Boston values.
I was the lead of one the lines in one of Boston's business units. So I overlooked the production and training of that line. Per the job title I communicated with our management team to ensure output and quality standards were met.
While at Boston, I also participated in many internal programs to build stronger work ethic and communication.
