As a Youth Lacrosse Referee, I played a pivotal role in ensuring fair play, safety, and sportsmanship during games. I also developed communication skills with coaches and team captains to address any concerns or clarify rules before the match begins. Through refereeing I also developed the skill to make decisions quickly and confidently, signaling infractions, penalties, and goals as necessary.
