  • This position increased my skill set, one of the most significant being customer interaction. From the time a customer entered the store to the time they left, my team and I were responsible for upholding the standard of the third place environment.
  • I gained a better sense of urgency and increased my capacity to multitask effectively
  • I was promoted to a trainer and have trained over 25 different partners, many of whom ended up staying long term and developing further into the company. During training, I was also in charge of managing my own, and my trainees scheduling. Especially when there was an unforeseen circumstance such as a call off.
