I'm excited to be seeking a new role as Business Program Manager at Microsoft. As an accomplished professional in Business Management, I bring fifteen years of experience and a proven track record in program management through planning and execution. With a strong passion for customers, culture and community, I’m highly motivated to contribute my expertise to Microsoft in the role of Program Manager.


Throughout my career, I have successfully led Leadership Offsites and Trainings, Community and Culture events, both virtual and in person All Hands, Fiscal Year planning both Rhythm of the Business (ROB) and financially. I have led Objective and Key Result (OKR) creation and action management to drive accountability and for customer and team success. These experiences have honed my ability to build subject matter expertise in RoB planning and many other operational processes. In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a growth mindset, allowing me to effectively collaborate with cross-group teams and build strong relationships.


I am known for my kind and calm nature under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.   • Community and Culture Lead for 400 employees worldwide. Conducted monthly meetings to identify best practices, hosted global culture events and manged v-teams to implement feedback and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Developed and orchestrated the Rhythm of the Business (ROB) and aligned the internal meetings to flow in a sequential order to reduce redundancy, increase productivity, transparency, and effective coordination.
