My duties as CSDH include opening and closing the store, giving out breaks to the cashiers, helping customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience. During my shift I process sweeps from the registers, assist cashiers when they need assistance, do price checks and price adjustments if there is an incorrect or old sign up.


At the service desk I make it my duty to have each and every customer leaving the store knowing that they will return. I enjoy helping customers and correcting mistakes for them. I am happy to answer any questions that the customers might have and will resolve any issues best to my ability. I process returns/exchanges, write rainchecks, write up charge accounts, and sign up customers for Stop and Shop cards. I also process money orders and Western Union transactions and do lotto.
