  • Reviews provider schedules 2-3 days in advance to ensure demographic and insurance information are accurate.
  • Responsible for all daily add on appointments for complete immediate Chart Review processing
  • Ensures documentation is in patient chart, including but not limited to, referrals as per insurance guidelines and various test results,
  • In coordination with appointment scheduling, clerk contacts patient prior to scheduled appointment to obtain accurate demographic information, authorizations and/or referrals as required by insurance guidelines.
