An enthusiastic educator dedicated to creating and fostering learning environments for students where they feel confident learn and thrive. Dedicated to create this environment based on student's diverse needs, interests, and backgrounds.
This is an after-school program for students in the third through eighth grade. I primarily work with the students in the third through fifth grade. This program extends for a month in the summer.
In this program I:
Assisted lead teacher in small group and whole group lessons.
Conducted literary assessments for an individual student.
Created literacy lessons for individual student who needed literacy intervention.
Taught a whole group literacy lesson.
I was a nanny to three children, two of the children are autistic.
