• Assisted in launching and hiring for BOS7, bringing in approximately 1500 associates within the first six weeks while also training administrators.
• Led ten direct reports of various levels in implementing BOS7’s first Peak Recognition program with a $180,000 budget focusing on Goodwill, Attendance, and Productivity.
• Supported Ops, Finance, and HR from a reporting level at BNA2, pulling and presenting labor metrics, monitoring quality and productivity.
• Lead SPPR/SPQR Quality and Productivity meetings to facilitate associate/manager conversations based on the information from the reports.
