  • Prepped station, wherever that was daily in a very orderly, focused and fast paced fashion.
  • Created my own dishes and pay very close attention to detail when plating.
  • Consistently experiment with different flavor profiles, making sure to have well balanced and delicious dishes every single time.
  • Very quick learner, and love to try new things and always stay challenged. I am always looking for new inspiration, and to inspire others.
  • Ran food to guests and knew all of the table numbers, eager to present personal makings to guests first-hand.
  • Very cleanly and organized, during prep and service. Made a point to always stay clean throughout those times.

  • This is my first and only job that I have had. I started 3 years ago as a dishwasher, and worked my way up in the kitchen. I fell in love with it instantly.

  • Did the weekly orders from over 8 food reps.
  • Oversaw everything in the kitchen, including orders, stations, prep, inventory, and much more.
  • Multitasked by working meat station along with making sure my team was prepared for service, writing the menu, putting in orders, and talking to customers.
  • Solid expo, as I know every stations needs and how the kitchen runs as a whole when in that position.
  • Create a good shift flow with my team and always making sure everyone else has the support they need.
