• Oversee all Environmental, Health & Safety programs across three manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, NFPA, and internal corporate requirements.

• Spearheaded safety initiatives, including the development of Job Safety Analyses (JSA), conducting toolbox talks, and coordinating monthly training sessions.
• Executed incident investigations and root cause analyses utilizing Velocity EHS to enforce & document the completion of all corrective actions to enhance workplace safety protocols and to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.
• Maintained and revised written safety programs and compliance documentation to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory standards. Example: Lockout Tagout (LOTO) & ANSI/ASSP Z244.1, Program revision & development
• Collaborated with engineers and implemented numerous engineering controls to institute control and remedial measures for hazardous and potentially hazardous conditions and equipment.
• Analyzed incident data to identify trends in injuries, illnesses, accidents, and other hazards.
• Inspected and evaluated workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• Facilitated OBE’s Safety committees and responsible for developing strategies for improving employee health and safety conditions in the workplace.

• Supported the implementation of comprehensive safety policies and procedures across the organization.
• Provided training on workplace safety topics such as emergency preparedness, hazard communication, lockout and tagout, personal protective equipment, ergonomics, fire prevention and hazardous materials handling.
