I have been in the construction business from the start of my career, helping my father start his own business. I have managed the crew since 2021. I will lead jobs and coordinate with other employees what the next steps are. My day to day job will consist of getting to the shop along with the rest of the crew at a predetermined time. We will load materials and coordinate who is going where for the day. Once on the job I determine the most efficient way to go about the task at hand that day. I am still involved in the day to day labor everyday. Outside of the labor aspect. I am involved in the scheduling and quoting of future jobs.
