As a Workday Digital Account Executive, I work on the Customer Base for Workday's Large Enterprise customers in the Southeast. Working and supporting the core AE and sales team, it's my role to run the cycle of sales opportunities $200K and below.


  • Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles for opportunities up to $200K ACV, focusing on customer base accounts in Workday’s Large Enterprise segment.
  • Partner closely with Core Account Executives and cross-functional teams—including Solution Consultants, Value Managers, and Deal Managers—to coordinate demos, shape solutions, and drive pipeline progression.
  • Lead discovery and introductory calls to understand customer goals, pain points, and solution fit, ensuring alignment of business needs with Workday’s value proposition.
  • Maintain strong internal alignment and communication across the extended sales team to ensure consistent and strategic engagement throughout the sales process.
  • Build trust and credibility with customers by delivering value-focused conversations, professional insight, and a consultative sales approach.
  • Navigate and resolve customer concerns with poise and professionalism, facilitating negotiation and driving successful outcomes.

Corporate Sales Development Representative

As a Corporate Sales Develop Representative (CSD), my role was to support the Customer Base Large Enterprise Pacific team in uncovering and driving sales development opportunities. This included outbound cold calling, creating and running my own sequences in Outreach, working hand in hand with my Account Executives counterparts, creating and putting on our own team events, running the Workday booth at in-person marketing events.


  • Successful experience in cold calling customers, striving to set up an AE meeting, and spearheading the sales development process.
  • Working and supporting Account Executives and the broader sales team in large enterprise.
  • Running and creating my own sequences/sales campaigns in Outreach, including drafting up my own emails, call steps, and strategically deciding when those steps are sent out and what prospects are receiving them.
  • Running prospect intro/discovery calls, including vetting the customer on if there is a real sales opportunity there, what specific use-cases they have for the given solution, who oversees the budget and what signature we will need, as well as providing a high level sales intro pitch for the product the customer has inquired about.
  • Running the Workday booths on large scale in-person Workday events such as AWS Re-Invent.
  • Hit my quarterly quota number for the 11 consecutive quarters:
  • Awarded CSD Top Performer for Q3 of FY25, Q1 & Q2 of FY24, and Q4 of FY 23.
