- Advance about 4 shows a week: Coordinating with Artists/Management in weeks prior to a show to make sure sound and light needs are met
- Gather and organized all of the information and documentation (W9s/stage plots) in an extensive Google drive used by marketing, accounting and productions teams.
- Handled settlement and pay out with Artists/Management based on offer contracts.
- Primary Stage Manager on nights of shows.
- Overseeing production and coordinating/scheduling Engineers.
- Inventory Management and in charge of upgrades for all audio and lighting gear based on allotted budget.
- Manage and mentored multiple Production Assistant interns. This includes teaching both stage management/advancing and Production skills.
- Liaison between Chippers crew and Mishawaka. 830 North is two entities operating in the same space, so I am the main point of communication between them.

- Acted as show lead, which entailed Customer coordination and event coordination DOS. I also lead the stage and production builds (usually crews of 5-8) with all safety precautions in mind to maintain a healthy and safe environment for my team.
- Enhanced audio quality by properly setting up, testing, and adjusting sound equipment for various events. Rockfan events are always one offs, which means its always a different rig in a different space, with a different team. This requires extensive knowledge of the different PA rigs, how a space will affect the rig and how to power it with the means provided by a customer.
- Audio Production (A1) and Light Design (LD) duties.
- Chamsys trained and certified. (This is the Light Consoles used by both Rockfan and Mishawaka)
- Drove and packed/unpacked 18-25ft box trucks.
