- Served as a commercial service technician for one year, maintaining RTUs and split systems for various refrigerant systems. Executed system startups and replaced compressors, TXVs, and coils.
- Performed HVAC system replacements for commercial and residential properties. for about a Year. I replaced split systems and RTU units for mainly commercial and some residential including the new R454B units with ductwork.
- Worked as an HVAC Ductwork mechanic for 3 years. I’ve run multiple jobs including UPS buildings and Apex vet animal hospital most recently. I’ve done new construction jobs mainly for commercial hanging ductwork, vavs, running line sets for Airhandlers and installing air handlers, copper water pipes for drain lines, Vrf systems, Braising, Installing RTUs and laying out drops for RTUs, branch boxes( I’ve only done a few jobs helping out with branch boxes and I’m not completely familiar with them). I’ve installed mini splits and cassettes and can start up these units. I can customize ductwork on site making offsets. Was a helper for this company for about 4 months starting out.
- I’ve worked at this company for a little over 5 years now but I’ve had replacement/ Ductwork experience at other companies. As well as being a service tech for a short amount of time as a beginner tech for another company.
