Installation of gaskets and bolts for pipe flanges on a Gas and Oil plant. Use of chain-falls and come-alongs to direct pipe from crane rigging. Filling of dehydration towers. Hot work- torch out pancakes and blinds for pressure tests. Hydro, pneumatic-pressure testing. Use of hand torque and hydraulic torque tools on vessels and pipe flanges. Installation of valves and instruments as well as tower brackets. Use of JLG man lifts- Jlg sizes 450-1500 Certified.

Duties included work with various John Dere model Tractors (2 early 2000's models-bucket and forks as well as a 1970's smaller tractor). Cutting and clearing of land via chainsaw, bush hogging, poison spraying, and pole sawing. Hauling of hay via tractor carriers. Use of zero-turn and push lawnmowers as well as edging sidewalks and weed-eating fence line. Duties also include flowerbed upkeep, mulch spread, and the trimming of landscape bushes and shrubbery.

Helped build the skeletal outer to inner house frame. Managed measurements and saw table cuts of plywood, 2x4's etc... Assisted the build and measurements of staircases and walls. Prep work by chalking floor plan from the blueprints to concrete slap.

Building and installing kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Cutting side paneling, building drawer boxes, drilling for rack holders. Installation of trim, toe kick, and crown molding. Installing hardware (handles, hinges, etc. ) Duties also occasionally included the cutting, gluing, caulking seams and install of granite countertops and tub surrounds. Duties include careful drilling through granite counter tops and limestone shower walls for showerheads, faucets, etc..
