As a Chipotle Service Leader, I was responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. It was my responsibility to ensure that all restaurant crew are well trained and provide good customer service. It is my job to maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning front line equipment. The responsibilities of my position required me to be on my feet working while clocked in. If at any point I was not busy, I was expected to evaluate what other tasks need to be completed, and assist my team with those tasks.
As well as, it was my job to resolve guest incidents and working to ensure positive customer experiences in any way possible.

Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed. Troubleshooting back of house computers and POS system when problems came up.
Ultimately, as a Service manager it was my job to make sure that guests were satisfied with the service they received, my team was functioning as expected and that a clean and organized environment was maintained.
